Telephone Diagnostic Assessment: telephone based triage by a registered nurse

Physiotherapy: treatment provided by a nationwide network of independent practitioners on standard payment terms

Osteopathy & Chiropractic Treatment: nationwide network, subject to individual quotation

Osteopathy & Chiropractic Treatment: nationwide network, subject to individual quotation

Psychological Treatment: including CBT, EMDR, counselling in individually, groups or for children, clinic or in the home

Immediate Needs Assessments (INA): undertaken by Rehabilitation Case Managers trained to the standards set down by the Case Management Society UK either in the home or on the telephone

Case Management: ranging from post INA co-ordination of treatment/support to co-ordinating routine medico-legal recommended operations, diagnostic procedures, pain killing injections etc.

Occupational Case Management: from acting as a point of liaison with the employer to aid employment retention to assisting a claimant back into the workplace in a role appropriate to their post accident abilities
