We advise your client, prepare a free viability report and supply you with case management materials to ensure your files are complete. If a Trust is financially viable and proceeds to set up, we charge a one off fee of £500 +Vat.

Periodical Payments - Expert Witness Reports

The need for expert financial advice was endorsed in the recent Court of Appeal decision in Thompstone. Properly considered advice will involve striking the appropriate balance between periodical payments (if appropriate) and the attendant lump sum, which may not replicate the claimant�s schedule of loss. Among the services we offer are expert financial reports at all stages of litigation; preliminary, Part 36 offers, interim payments, full reports as cases approach settlement, drafting periodical payment orders and attendance at court as an expert witness.
